- Delivery Locations: We offer free courier service within Sri Lanka and international shipping is available with EMS fees applicable. .

11. Lifetime Warranty
At Kandyan Art, we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a lifetime warranty on all our items, ensuring that they are free from manufacturing defects.
To claim the lifetime warranty, customers must present the Lifetime Warranty Certificate that was provided with the original purchase. Without this certificate, we will be unable to process the warranty claim.

We welcome your feedback! You may post reviews, comments and other content on our site, provided that such content is not illegal, obscene or harmful. By submitting content, you grant Kandyan Art a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content across all media. 13. Returns and Refunds
Kandyan Art accepts returns only if there was an error on our part, such as a defective product or incorrect order. Returns must be made within 4 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the fault is on our side.
14. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 1 days of placement by contacting us at kandyart7028@gmail.com or +94 76 831 8390. Cancellations can only be processed if the parcel has not already been shipped.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from your use of the site will be resolved through arbitration in Sri Lanka, conducted in English. This provides a fair and efficient means of resolving any issues that may arise.
